Summer, a teenage girl, accidentally enters the gated coastal town of Summer Heights, a place that feels frozen in time. With help of a new friend Gabe, she notices unsettling details about the passage of time here. Summer begins to suspect the town’s leader is manipulating time itself, trapping everyone inside an unnatural stillness and slowly pulling her into a mystery she may not be able to escape.
