The world with you

One day, Taku and Aoi get lost in a mysterious world where no one else is around.
A mysterious man appears before the confused pair and tells them that the condition for both of them to return to their original world is to join their hearts and realize that there is only one human to the “Core" which balances the original world and this mysterious another world.
